The company from Allgäu, which manufactures control elements and sensors for industrial applications and off-highway machines at its headquarters in Leutkirch, is realigning its management. Managing directors Bernhard Kernen and Rüdiger Köhler are leaving the company.

The company from Allgäu, which manufactures control elements and sensors for industrial applications and off-highway machines at its headquarters in Leutkirch, is realigning its management. Managing directors Bernhard Kernen and Rüdiger Köhler are leaving the company. Daniel Rölle, who joined the management on January 1, 2025, will continue to lead the company. Before joining the management, Rölle had been in senior positions within the company for ten years, responsible for Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). In the coming months, he will develop the future structure of the company together with the elobau advisory board.

“We thank the previous managing directors for their many years of positive cooperation and the achievements which we can now build on in our realignment,” said advisory board member Michael Hetzer regarding the strategic decision. “Now it is time to move forward and lead elobau to new strength. Our foundation for a successful future is innovative developments and high-quality products, manufactured with the highest standards of quality and sustainability. We are committed to this standard as a company orientated towards the common good.”
