At the ensian Group, we are committed to managing our business with integrity. Compliance with laws, guidelines and legal regulations is a fundamental basis of our actions. Despite our voluntary commitment, it may nevertheless occur that in our dealings with each other we engage in behaviors that appear to violate our values and our Code of Conduct. If this appears to be the case, we invite you to contact us and share your observations with us. Trust cannot be decided, it only comes about through action. Only by doing so are we able to continue to consistently maintain our success, reputation and ability to act.

Our whistleblower platform is provided by LegalTegrity GmbH. All incoming reports are processed according to our established processes and investigated accordingly. All information submitted will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with applicable law.
Return option for waste electrical equipment § 19a for commercial customers
Certain electrical and electronic appliances must not be disposed of with household waste at the end of their service life, as indicated by the crossed-out bin symbol. Instead, the end user must take the electrical or electronic equipment to a separate collection centre. Owners have the option of returning a B2B device sold by us to us at the end of its useful life. We will then take care of proper disposal. Please contact our service hotline to arrange the return.
