The new training year has started: elobau welcomes young talents

During the first week of September, the introductory days offered the opportunity to get to know each other better and to gain first insights into the company. In addition to numerous training sessions, company tours were also held. A highlight was the outdoor team day: not only the new apprentices and students were there, but also all young talents who are currently completing their apprenticeships, dual studies or internships at elobau. After an exciting scavenger hunt to the various attractions of Leutkirch, the event ended with a barbecue.

At elobau, the young professionals can benefit from a well-founded and practical training that optimally prepares them for their future tasks. The new employees are trained as mechatronics engineers, electronics engineers for devices and systems, tool mechanics, technical product designers, industrial clerks and warehouse logistics specialists.

The dual students combine their studies at the university with practical experience at elobau, thus benefiting from an ideal combination of theory and practice. This year, the courses of study were in mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering and business informatics.
