Precise and efficient: our N6 static/N7 dynamic tilt sensor duo

Our new N6 static/N7 dynamic tilt sensors open up new possibilities for manufacturers in the off-highway sector. They ensure maximum safety and make the performance of mobile machinery even more efficient.

Based on non-contact MEMS technology, the N6 static and N7 dynamic are ideal for use in the off-highway sector. The functional principle offers numerous advantages: both N6 static and N7 dynamic continuously monitor the angle of inclination of an object in relation to gravity and thus provide reliable information for the safe control and movement of work machines. This fulfills several important functions at the same time, such as

  •  Control of the cab level
  •  Automatic compensation of slope inclinations
  •  Position and inclination measurement of moving vehicle and machine parts, such as the boom of an excavator
  •  Stabilization and protection against tipping by monitoring the inclination of the vehicle

In this way, accidents are avoided and the users of work machinery are optimally protected.

In addition, the new N6 static and N7 dynamic tilt sensors support manufacturers in the off-highway sector with their constantly growing requirements: they enable a higher degree of machine automation and the use of various assistance systems. The tilt sensors thus make a significant contribution to increasing the efficiency and productivity of mobile machinery.
