Subsequently, sustainability manager Pascal Schwarz gave the new colleagues an understanding of elobau’s vision of sustainability. A few days later, another highlight followed: the annual training excursion. This time, the agenda included a joint radio tour, which put the trainees in front of several challenges. Divided into four groups and equipped with a radio, compass and directions, they set off. The difficulty here was that the directions did not apply to one’s own group, but to another group. Teamwork, communicative skills and creativity were required to find the right path. However, the participants mastered this tricky task excellently and spent an eventful day together.
