Our new sponsor partner, the German Paralympic athlete Anna-Lena Forster has won two gold medals in Pyeongchang and brought success for the German Disabled Sports Federation in South Korea. After first winning gold in the super combined in the monoskibob, she has also been victorious in the slalom race. Anna-Lena was able to beat the Japanese Athlete Momoka Muraoka by 5.37 seconds after completing two very strong runs. This brought one of her life’s dreams – winning the gold medal at the paralympics – true twice. After having several difficulties initially in the Super-G and the downhilll run, Anna-Lena is super happy about her successes, or as she said in her interview with German television channel ARD: “it’s just so crazy”.
The team at elobau is very pleased for Anna-Lena and congratulates her on her extraordinary victories. We also wish her all the best for her upcoming competitions. Since Felix Brunner has now resigned from professional sports, Anna-Lena completes the team of athletes sponsored by elobau.
We want to thank Paul Hoffmann and Shari Lindenberger for the photo material. Shot of Anna-Lena on the slopes by Paul Hoffmann. Portrait photo of Anna-Lena shot by Shari Lindenberger.
