The Swiss business economist and certified public accountant will assume responsibility for the areas of Finance and Controlling, Digitalisation, IT, Legal and Compliance, and Human Relations with immediate effect. With this personnel expansion, elobau is setting the course for the future and strengthening its long-term strategic work as well as the further development of the company in all areas.
Bernhard Kernen brings with him extensive management experience in German medium-sized companies from various industries. He has also become familiar with the B2B business as a supplier both at home and abroad. “Sustainability in combination with the maxim of people at the centre, that is what attracts me to work at elobau on the further successful development of the company. The areas in my direct responsibility are internal service providers and my aspiration is to support all functions and processes with this in the best possible way.”
We are very pleased to welcome Bernhard Kernen as our new Managing Director and thus to continue the success story of elobau, which began in 1972, in the future. Together with Rüdiger Köhler and Thilo Ittner, he will manage elobau GmbH & Co. KG in line with the company’s philosophy and contribute his expertise.
