Expertise in machine safety: End of line checks and certificates are part of all projects at elobau

At elobau, a project is only completed when it reaches market maturity. This is why we have the highest standards when it comes to ensuring the quality of each individual component. For example, we only rely on actual measurements and not just calculations for switching cycles. Your product will not leave our facility until all the safety and quality certificates and test results are completed. In addition to operator controls, machine safety is one of our core competencies. All standards and specifications for the production of intrinsically safe products are taken into account during the development phase. Afterwards, cost efficient end of line checks are carried out on the final product in our own test laboratory. We can advise you regarding the necessity and relevance of the various tests, and can define the test criteria with you.
