Michael Hetzer
is the Executive Director of the family-run foundation company and represents the management. Michael studied electrical engineering and is responsible for the operational side of the business such as HR, IT and finances.
Dr. Thilo Ittner
is the technical Executive Director and is responsible for R&D, production, purchasing and quality assurance. Thilo is a trained physicist, specialising in plastics, and has a doctorate in mechanical engineering. He joined the management of elobau GmbH in 2014.
Rüdiger Köhler
On 01/10/2018, Rüdiger Köhler joined the executive board of elobau GmbH & Co. KG. The graduate economist is taking over global management of sales and marketing, and will also be responsible for the ten international subsidiaries. He successfully combines his knowledge of financial, social and legal science fields with many years of experience managing mechanical engineering and metal processing companies.
