Safety Sensors

A highlight at our booth this year: our safety sensors. Safety doors, hoods or covers can be safely monitored with contactless and therefore wear-free sensor technology from elobau. The magnetic safety sensors can also be concealed behind stainless steel thanks to their high sensing distances and offset values. This enables seamless integration into systems and meets hygiene requirements. Requirements for robustness, tightness and small size are met without exception.

Ultrasonic sensors

Also at our booth at the SPS we will present our ultrasonic sensors. They are used to measure distances and their changes. This makes it possible to measure and monitor objects in motion (approach or distance) or levels in tanks. The physical principle behind it enables reliable precision, from which many applications benefit. The ultrasonic sensors of the U*18/U*30 series offer maximum functionality and precision even under demanding conditions – and also in potentially explosive environments. Two different housing materials, range of up to 6m, four operating modes and various output shapes leave no requirement unsolved.

ATEX

elobau has many years of expertise in the development and production of ATEX components. Our ATEX portfolio offers solutions for safe position monitoring as well as object detection and level measurement. The products are suitable for use in all ATEX zones 0, 0/1, 1, 2 and 20, 21, 22. We will be happy to show you the advantages of our ATEX components at SPS and provide you with further information.

eloFlex

Another product highlight at our booth is the eloFlex safety control unit. With the help of its optimized software, it can implement up to four security functions. These can be accessed via the online configurator on our website individually and according to your needs. Subsequently, it is produced in the specified configuration in a climate-neutral manner and delivered tamper-proof so that it can be installed directly.

Level measurement

elobau has been offering products for level measurement for many decades. They are reliable, environmentally friendly and are widely used in industry. The focus at this year’s trade fair is on our eloLance. The new generation of suction lances that offers you everything you need to make your systems and machines more efficient and to reduce your workload. Their low withdrawal point enables economical, sustainable handling of liquids and reduces residual quantities in the container. Their high reliability and durability in a wide variety of liquids as well as their simple and safe operation are strong arguments for users. You can also get to know our portfolio for point level measurement at the SPS: The different materials, sizes and designs enable use in almost all fields of application.
